(POEM) VIRUS by AKINJERY

A poem about Nigeria's struggle for peace and stability. Is there a need for divider? Our leaders could always divide her. In her, is Judas. Beside her, is lucifer. Where to run? So she burn. Who to save? She is lost on the way to being brave. The cry she gave. All lost as she gave. Everyday is another tears from another day. The voices of the masses will never get a say if we keep forgetting who made this night and day. If we keep forgetting who made our day, then we might never see the light of the night. We might not see the light of the new day. ©AKINJERY

Andrew, he is always in his room trying to please those outside his walls, the only time you see him outside his room is when he is hungry. Mr Adegoke is battling to keep his family together because he can't stop viewing the nude pictures posted by Rebekah on Instagram. Too many fallacy, now hard to tell reality. Is this the world of our dreams, a world where we struggle for affection, bleeching our great looks only to be considered another person's filtered dreams. ...
